Notice ts HEREBY IveN that the Twenty-fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held in the Offices of the Secretaries, The Geddes Trading & Dairy Farm Ca. Ltd., 61, Yuen Ming Yuen Road, Shanghai, on Monday, June 3, 1940, at 4 p.m. to receive the Directors' Report and Statement of Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 1940, recommend a final dividend of el dollar cents per share, to elect Auditors and to transact other ordinary business.
The Transfer Books and Share Register of the Company will be closed from May 28, to June 3, 1940, both days inclusive.
Those Shareholders who wish their Dividends to be paid in the Straits can have it so arranged if they signify their wishes to the Secretaries before Noon of May 28, 1940. Their Dividends will then be paid in Straits Dollars calculated at the Bank's buying rate of the day of declaration of the Dividend, and Dividend Warrants payable in Singapore will be despatched to them on-the day following.
