Shanghai will hold a Foreign Trade Tiffin for members and invited guests at the Metropole Hotel. The principal speakers at the tiffin will be Mr. Jean Saillens, Commercial Counseller to the French Embassy; Major V. E. Duclos, Canadian Government Trade Commissioner; and Mr, Horace, H. Smih, American Consul.
Highlights of the week's observance will take place on Friday when a Students' Buffet Tiffin, in honour of students expecting to continue studies in America this year, will be held under the joint auspices of the American University Club and the American Association of University Women. Mr. Richard P, Butrick, who is in charge of the local American Consulate, and Mr. William Z. L. Sung, Vice-President of St. Juhn's University, will be the speakers. Mr, H, Maxcy Smith, Jr., President of the American Junior Chamber of Commerce, will be the Master of Ceremonies, The day will be climaxed with a Foreign Trade Dinner at the American Club at 8 p.m.
