Stock prices on Wall Street declined today, owing to the renewal of international uncertainties and the decline in London. However, the closing list showed fractional losses, with a few small gains here and there. During early trading the market was inclined to be narrow and irresolute, but near the close trices advanced and scattered gains were recorded, notably in aviations, utilities and pivotal issues.
