Shanghai, June 15.
Found gullly of three' armed robberies and one attempted murder five notorious robbers were sentenced 10 heavy prison terms yesterday by the First Special District Court. Two of them were sentenced to 10 years and six months' imprisonment each, while the third drew seven and a half years. The fourth man drew six years, while the Last accused was sentenced to serve six months in jail. The last man. was charged with illegal possession of firearms.
Two of the armed robberies concerned the robbing of service pistols front a watchman and two police constables on Changping oad and Robison Road respectively on May 5 and 6. The watchman" who Was standing guard in front of a Chinese dyeing factory was attacked by surprise by several gunmen who robbed him of his service pistol.
