This unsuccessful criminal adven ture was brought to light in the First Special District Court yesterday by Mr. Chang Tien-ying, Municipal Advocate who informed the court of the escape of the victim and asked for more time for investigation. He alleged that Wang Ah-hsing, the first accused connived with Wu Shih-liang and Tung Pei-hsiang in kidnapping Chu Fu-yuan, the metal merchant from the latters home in Rue Kraetzer on May 17.
