Mexicali, July 3.
The Nationalist regime of General Francisco Franco in Spain will be overthrown because of the "continued infiltration of Germans and Italians into key Government positions" Dr. Juan Negrin, former Premier of the defeated Spanish Republican Government said last night.
Dr. Negrin, who is in exile here, said the explosion in Spain would come from within, although he could not predict the date. "But the Spanish people will never be passive under alien rule," he said.—United Press.
