The Mexican Government is willing to resume diplomatic relations Tpproncied an ihe muued, Prai dent General Lazaro Cardenas told the press here yesterday.
General Cardenas expressed approval of the proposal to enforce compulsory military service in Mexico, "In my opinion the service is il good, because it will allow a better organization of the Mexican Army," he said.—United Press.
