London, Sept, 14, The Air Ministry informed the public today that certain aircraft would be engaged in ce-operation with the Army in nightwork at stipulated times over London and its outskirts and also parts of Hampshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire' between September 16 and 30.
The planes will not always exhibit navigation lights but will fly at least at an altitude of 4,000 feet over the London areas and 3,000 feet elsewhere, the communique said, There will be balloon fying at Lakenheath, Suffolk, the communique added, The reference to balloon flying probably meant that the special balloon barrage air defence system would be tested,—United Press,
