Association to train Chinese youths to assist in "building up a new China" is being contemplated by officials in Pootung. according to the "Shanghai Nippo" yesterday evening.
Preparations for orga ing the association were started on Monday in the headquarters of the movement in Hsin Pootung Li.
With Mr, Ssu Hsing, chief of the Pootung district police branch as president of the association, 120 Chinese youths from 16 to 19 years of age will receive both "spiritual and physical training under a sort of Spartan System," the journal said.
