An ambitious racing programme ha: been drawn up for the first session of the new Hollywood Turf Clu track, which will be officially opened on June 10, The track, built of 500,000, is owned almost entirely by people connected with the movie industry. It will accommodate 60,000 persons, will include stalls for 1,250 horses and occupies ap area of 315 acres It will be extensively landscaped with chains of artificial lakes and flower beds in the centre field It is planned to hold a dozen stakes ranging in value from $2,500 to $50,000 during the first session which will run for 33 days
