League Tennis Today and Next Week Only Much of the interest has disappeared from the senior division race in the Ladies' Tennis League owing to the fact that the Cercle Sportif Francais have been able to forge so far ahead as to lead by seven sets over the second-place Country Club "A". The end of the league is now in sight with there being only one more week of play.
It therefore does not seem likely that the French Club players will let slip the first division title in so short a space of time. Their opponents this afternoon will be the Rockhill Club and though the latter may be able to score one or two sets, they will not be much of a threat.
Meanwhile, the Country Club "A" should not lose any more ground to-aay as they will be meeting their junior side.
