Tokyo, Oct. 28.

Soviet soldiers at Blagoveschensk have started anti-Stalinist riots, and set fire to official buildings, following the Japanese capture of Hankow, according to Japanese press reports from Manchoukuo, which must be treated with the utmost reserve.
