London, Nov, 22.
"The Foreign Office is understood to have instructed the British envoy in Moscow to make exhaustive inquiries regarding the arrest of Mr. Ryan Grover, British business man who flew his own plane into Soviet territory without official permission.
Unable to secure a visa for his Russian-born wife to leave the U.S.S.R. end rejoin him, Mr. Grover attempted to fly directly to Moscow to make an appeal to the authorities there for the visa to be granted. Ex-haunting his meager fuel supply. Grover was forced to land at Kalinin, near Leningrad, and was at once taken into custody.—United Press.
