A Paris Hat

Capable of many adaptations to suit individual tastes, this hat, which incidentally adds height to the wearer, was seen at Auteuil on the occasion of the "Grand Prix d'automne." first sets eyes on Australia and he may be expected to show a lively interest in his Canberra home, which is reminiscent in various ways of The Coppins, the Kent's English country home.

Already Prince Edward knows the name of nearly every flower in the gardens at The Coppins and: it will be interesting to see whether he recognizes a number of English trees which are planted in the grounds of Government House and may help to remind the little boy and his family of their native land.
