A decree nisi was made absolute in HM. Supreme Court by Judge P. Grant Jones yesterday morning at the request of Mrs. Marie Antoinette Atkinson who was represented by Mr. EL. Hartopp. Mr. Prank Alfred Atkinson, defendant in the case, was. hot represented.
In his request to the court the attorney for the plaintiff stated that hig elfent had been granted a decree nisi on May 17, 1938, on the grounds of adultery and that all the requirements of aw had been met by her to have the decree made absolute.
