Ottawa, Oct, 7. Immediate official reaction to Herr Hitler's speech is not yet available, but it is generally felt that there is little chance of acceptance of his "peace" plea unless some concrete guarantee is forthcoming that agreements have a stronger backing that Herr Hitlers word.
