It is understood that the Irish Cabinet today discussed the explosions which took place in England, but no official statement was issued If it were definitely established that the explosions were perpetrated by members of the Irish Republican Army, the Government would be oblived to summon the Dail io draw up a new law to enable special police precautions to be taken, bu is understood that such measures will not be resorted to if new incidents do not take place—Havas.
