The S.M.C. 1937 Emergency Medal was presented last Sunday to all ranks of "A" Bu., S.V.C., at a parade on the Race Course. Mr. C. S. Franklin (S.M.C. Chairman and Civil Commandant of the S.V.C.), made the presentations.
Hall Col. J. W. Hornby, M.c, Com-On the same day at the Drill mandant of the S.V.C., presented "A" Bn.s auxiliaries. These are men who joined up to give their services during the Emergency Medals to the personnel mobilization—"for the duration."—N.C.D.N. photograph.
