Moscow, July 27. Comment on the mission of Lord Runciman made to the Soviet press by the official Tass Agency last night reveals that the Soviets are strongly opposed to the mission which is characterized in the semi-official comment as an interference of British diplomacy with the negotiations between the Czechoslovak Government and the minorities, and it is declared that this would only lead to a further delay of the settlement of the Czechoslovakian question.
The declaration of the British press that Lord Runciman would not have the functions of an arbitrator. are characterized as "hypočritical." Trans-Ocean.
