Donnelly and Cabrelli, understudies for Zimmerman and the brilliant Wemple, are now set for duly, Treiber and Schmidt, who saw some service in 1928, are being groomed for the guard posts.

"The tackle slots will-be in the capable, if not brilliant, hands of Hamilton end Neill holdovers from Jabi year's eleven.

Buck, sensational sophomore centre of a year ago, should prove even better in the coming campaign due to his experience. A hard-charging player with a keen sense of diagnose ing opponent's plays, Buck ranged behind a shaky Colgate line last fall to make almost half the Red Raider tackles.

Kerrs backfield is well fortified with veterans, but three sophomore bell-toters may take the play away {from them. The little Scotsman can call upon his 1938 starting backfield of Davids at quarter, Lube and Herman at halves, and Hoague at full.
