Rome, Sept. 7.
The Government is understood to have completed a plan for the settlement of Jews in Abyssinia.
A report, which is not denied in authoritative circles, says that Jews will be settled in a zone notable for its. agriculture and industrial resources. The exact location is still a secret.
It is stated that the Government deliberately refrained from mentioning Ethiopia in last week's expulsion decree, as the plan, which is expected to be published in the near future by the Ministry for Italian Africa, was not quite ready then.—Reuter.
