XI yesterday afternoon on the Police ground, both sides fielding a fairly strong representation. After knocking up 182, the Police were thought to be in a good position for a victory, The Army defence, however, all contributed good scores from the third wicket to the eighth and deservedly won. The highlight of the game was an excellent 74 by Gash for the Police and some fine bowling by Wood of the Army.
