Mr. Robert Pell, Vice-Director of the Inter-Governmental Committee on Refugee problems, who arrived here yesterday with the Evian Conference's report on the German proposals for evacuating Jews, returned to London today.
Mr. Pell, himself, said that he was only a "messenger boy," and was not commissioned to wait for the reply Rome, Mar. 4.
