Budapest, Oct. 19.
Hungarian impatience for a resumption of negotiations with Czech slovakia on the boundary question is reflected in a leading article im the semi-official newspaper "Pester Lloyd" a pro-Government organ published in German, which declares:
"The Czech Government must make up its mind to submit to Hungary within 24 hours, in the form of a Note, such proposals as may serve as the basis for a settlement through diplomatic channels. Should Prague not make this gesture, Hungary would decline to take any responsibility for the consequences of such a lack of political reason."—Reuter.
