Indicted on a charge of attempted kidnapping, Wu Ching-sen, a middle-Chinese, was arraigned before the First Special District Court yesterday and remanded in custody for a week pending further investigations. He. admitted. that. he had taken part in the attempted kidnap-Ping. with two other men who are at, large.
