Sir,—The difficulty in accommodate ing students and office workers in tram-cars and buses during rush hours could very easily be overcome.
I would suggest that the Companies concerned approach the various schools and, arrange the schools' closing time fifteen minutes before the closing hour of the business houses.
By the schools closing a little earlier it will without doubt ease the accommodation problem a great deal and make travelling in these conveyances a little more comfortable.
