To win: Downside Mercury, Kanoungtee, Fancylight; and likely to place Houdini, Sky Raider, Charming light and Corps Cavalry, The open class have a mile handicap divided up into "A" and "B" classes. The "A" class to be run jeff at the 9th race is a really good handicap, with half a dozen looking sure to win. However, I stand by Frostylight to win with Magic Eve a big danger.
"The "B" does not look so open, as Busted Straight at 162 Ib. should win, but Goldenlight and Snappy-light have both good prospects of placing.
The Seller at 11 furlongs should be won by White Birthday, if a starter; failing him, then the Cire stable ' will probably saddle the winner. The Mafoo's Race at mile closes the afternoon's sport. From the original list of entries, many are scratched, so that the field may be reduced te five or six only—if Autumnlight starts he will win.
