London, May 9.
A White Paper establishing Britain's definite policy in Palestine, to be published mainly for the information of the French and United States Governments and the Arab countries adjacent to the Holy Land, will be issued in two weeks' wil come out after the Secretary, Mr. Malcolm MacDonad, makes his awaited declaration in the House of Commons on either May 23 or 24.
The general lines of Britain's policy, it was stated, will include the following points:
1, Limitation of Jewish immigration to a total of 75,000 for a period of five years.
2. Limitation of land sales to Jews, 3. Constitution of a Palestine Gov-vernment with Arab Ministers, although the administration will remain in Britain's hands through the functions of Under-Secretaries of State during a transitional period, as foreseen by Britain's proposals to the recent London "Round Table" Conference.
4. Special measures will be taken to safeguard the rights of the Jewish minority in Palestine, which will be associated with the administration of the land, although their proportion to the total population will be limited to 33 per cent.—Havas,
