Making full preparations to meet the A.S.F. this Saturday afternoon in a crucial S.F.A. League match, Tung Hwa played a practice game with the French Army yesterday afternoon at Kiaochow Park and scored an easy victory by 4-1.
The Chinese tallied all their four goals in the first period and were content to keep the margin after the resumption. The French Army forwards worked hard to reduce the arrears and succeeded in scoring only once through their centre-forward, Collet.
H. T. Sung, inside-left, opened scoring and was followed by L. K. Tai, centre-forward and captain. Tung Hwa's passing was neat and pleasant to watch, pa e French half line time and again. The French backs cleared well to avert a heavier defeat.
The third goal was netted by Z. N. Sung, inside-right, while the last tally was again Tai's effort.
