Of War Material

London, June 24.

Negotiations conducted by the Rumanian trade delegation in London are now practically concluded, according to. informed City quarters.

It is stated that the Board of Trade "What is the most obvious world problem to be solved? Is it something to do with nationàl boundaries or racial rivalries or trade or political labels? Professor Einstein thinks not.

Recently at the New York World' Fair the management, for a publicity "stunt" buried a copper capsule containing various informative articles atid books to be dug by the inhabitants of the year 6000 A.D. It was perhaps a rather silly performance. but in some way the Fair management induced Prof. Einstein to write a brief message, to be placed in the capsule, to the world of 6000 A.D. describing our present-day world and its problems.
