Thereafter no candidate shall be eligible for the scholarship: if he has attained the age of 19 on the first of July inthe year in which the examination ig held. The Trustees reserve the right to cancel the award Jor a scholarship in any ease: in which they are satisfied that a misapprehension has existed or a misrepresentation has been made regarding the Jcandidate's eligibility "respecting his various qualifications contained in these regulations.
