Mr. Tom Finnigan, radio operator with the Royal Air Force and son of Mr. H. Finnigan of the Shanghai Electric Construction Ca, has been reported missing since December 27 when his plane went out on a patrol. The missing Shanghai boy joined the R. A. F. two years ago and was recently reported to be serving at the R. A. F. station at Wick, in the North of Scotland. Mr. H. Finnigan was informed by cable yesterday morning that his son was missing.
