Nationalist Chief Called "Conqueror of Catalonia"
Burgos, Feb. 27.
Crowds wildly cheered General Francisco Franco, the Nationalist leader, when he made his first public appearance today in the Nationalist capital since the Catalan offensive began.
His appearance coincided with the announcement that Great Britain and France had recognized the Nationalist Government.
