Hongkong, Nov. 22. Worried about the defence of Ma! ning, Kwangsi military authorities decided to enforce a "political mobilization" to augment the small fomes in the province, according to a Kweilin dispatch to the vernacular press here today.
Gen. Pai Chung-Hsi and Gen. Huang Hsu-chu were said to have issued a general mobilization order on November 19. Young men were ordered to return to their native lowns and help defend them.
