Car Recovered Half an Hour After Abduction Badlands'. criminal elements struck again yesterday morning, kidnapping a wealthy Chinese business man in his own car just as he was proceeding to hig office. The victim's chauf-four was forced out of the vehicle and one of the miscreants took the well. The crime occurred at 8.50 am, and was perpetrated by four men, three of them armed with Mausers, in Lane 532 Vu Yuen Road.
The victim is Mr. Lung Yoong-song, a S-year old native of Ningpo and vice-chairman of the Stock and Bonds Exchange, the offices of which are in Kiukiang Road.
Yesterday morning, Mr. Tung who lives at 532-50 Vu Yuen Road, as usual came out at 845 am. and got into the car. Before the chauffeur bad time to start the engine, however, four men approached the vehicle and ordered him out, The "sight of three Mausers left the driver no alternative but to obey their command, The kidnappers then drove away, while the chauffeur hastened to the Bubbling Well police station to report the matter, Investigations were started immediately and the victim's car, bearing licence No. 2326, was located at 9.20 amli. on Ferry Road, only a few yards from Mapai Road. Nothing, however, has been heard of the victim yet:
