With sentiment still good and the business outlook generally favourable, the stock market today moved irregularly higher in active trading. Prices gained fractions to more than a dollar on a turnover of 1,210,000 Shares. Coppers, however, again reflected the uncertainty resulting from the Chilean export tax proposal, while aircraft shares were subjected to.profit taking.
