Washington, Nov. 29.
The opinion that the United States would not protest against the decision of the Allies to seize all German exports was expi ed here today by Senator Key Pittmgn, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
"It would be a lesser sacrifice than the one consented to already by the vote of the Neutrality Act when we withdrew our merchant fleet and our nationals from the danger zones," the Senator said. "If we thought it useless to insist upon the right to export our goods to belligerent countries in American ships, can there be any chance of us insisting upon German's right to export to us?"—Havas.
