Paris, Dec. 3.
The French Premier, M. Edouard Daladier, announced yesterday that on December 1o all fathers of four or five children and men belongi tne second reserve will be drawn irom the Western Front. At a later date fathers of two or three children will also be withdrawn, it wzs announced.
Meanwhile, the Western Front was quiet all day yesterday, an official communique declared—United Press.
