Plans for the creation of a railway car factory in North China in order to cope with the shortage of rolling stock have been drawn up by. the North China Communications Company, according to the "Sin Min Pao."
The enterprise would have a capital Jor $90,000,000 and would build. its Plant at Changkueichuang. Tt would manufacture 1,000 freight cars within the next three years. The factory would also build locomotive engines Jand passenger cars. Construction of the factory is expected to begin next
