A. suspected political assassination gang, wailing for the appearance of their alleged intended victim, was disarmed and captured by a police party from the Chengtu Road Station early yesterday afternoon, No shots were fired but a foreign korgeant was raved in the nick of time when one his superiors shouted a warning as he was about to encounter a man who was aiming a pistol at him.
