Resolution ILL—That the new Byefaws and amendments to existing Bye-laws published in the Munteipal Gazette of March 31, 1941, be passed and approved, and that such Bye-laws be numbered og set out in the aforementioned Gzctte. save that: Clause 4 of new Byelaw LIT be do-loted and Clause 3 of new Bye-law Lil be re-worded to read as follows: "When the decisions of the Council or the Appeal Committee, as aforesaid, have become final and binding '85 above provided, the Council may enforce stich decisions and collect the rates, taxes or dues in accordance with Land Regulations X or Xi."
