London, Apr. 23. 'The Germans are still' meet= ing stiff opposition in some regions of Yugoslavia from the Yugoslav army which has not formally capitulated despite German allegations to the contrary, according to an unimpeachable source.
Confirmation of this report has been received from neutral sources in Berlin, Budapest and Sofia.
