Berlin, June 28.
The Russian demands for the occupation of Bessarabia and northern Eukovina were made after Moscow had reached an understanding with Germany and Italy on the interests of the three powers in south-eastern Europe, well informed Nazi quarters stated here last night.
According to these quarters Germany and Italy made known their willingness to recognize Russia's territorial claims to make good "the injustices" of the last war, but stipulated that they must be carried out in such a way as not to cause a general outbreak of war or an economic disturbance in the Balkans.
