"Lo Temps" Writer Thinks Europe Will Have Only One Political Language Clermont-Ferrand, Aug. 3.

An analysis of the principles that the German and Italian peace delegates will lay down as the basis for the eventual peace treaty, was contained in "Lo Temps" today. The article was signed by P. Gentizon, for a long time "Lo Temps" correspondent in Rome.

He continued with the statement:

"One of the most important problems of the war will be that of the creation of Governments of a corparative or totalitarian nature, so that all the peoples of our continent shall mo longer speak more than one political language and, because of that, end vp by understanding each other.

"Rome and Berlin" M. Gentizon asserted, "believe that when the same principles dominate the continent from Portugal to Finland—for Soviet Russia appears to be excluded from the Europe of tomorrow—it will be easier to establish a general entente guaranteeing peace; to assure progressive disarmament, which would relieve European national budgets from the heavy burden of military expenditure, and to organize a new European economic order."—Havas.
