The Scottish Football League has decided to conduct a cup competition among the 31 clubs at present constituting the Regional Leagues "The competition will begin on February 24 and will end on May 4. Matches will be played on the home and away basis. The winner in each tie will be the team scoring the most goals in the two matches.
