MEETING of the Association will be held at The Shanghai Club, The Bund, Shanghai on Friday, March 8, 1940, at 5.30 p.m. for the purpose of considering and if thought fit passing a resolution to alter and add to the existing Rules and Constitution of the Association in the manner and to the extent set forth in a Circular to Members dated February 15th 1940 copies of which have been posted to members and are obtainable upon application to the Secretary.
