Some day we'll look back upon the present steam-radiators, hot-water-radiators, hot-air furnaces, and other "dry" heating systems with the same sort of feeling as that with which we now regard the old-fashioned pot-bellied stove of grandfather's day—which used to toast his face while the shivers chased each other up and down his spine.
But then, grandfather has seen the coming of the telephone, aeroplane, electric light and radio.
lo. will see the day when Manufactured Weather is making "Every day a good day" all over the land, in every type of building from the modest bungalow to the spreading industrial plant enclosing millions of square feet of space.
Remember that fine day, early this Spring, when you halted just outside the front door, took a long deep breath and started for the day's tasks with a smile on your face, a wondrous vigour in your stride, a keen brilliant light in your eyes, your mind attuned to the first blithesome tidings of Spring?
You had an absurd notion, perhaps, that you'd like to jump over a fence, or some such thing. You may have smiled at an early thrush and whistled as gladsomely as he when he warbled back his reply.
You knew it was going to be a good day. You felt like it all over as it were, And the answer?
Weather!

What game wouldn't be more exciting both to yourself and guests when you can forget completely the sweltering heat and oppressive humidity just outside the door?
And then there are pleasant dreams and restful sleep. No tossing, no pacing the floor despite the stifling, Sticky heat. You sleep like a child! What's more, there's no worry about sudden storms and having to rush round shutting windows.
Its almost a pleasure to have to lie up for a day or two when you have comfort like this; freedom from dust, dirt, noise, heat and humidity. A shut-in existence becomes cheerful—and strength-building too.
And how the children sleep when it's cool and comfortable! No more coaxing them to get them to bed—they have a full night's rest every night.
