Vienna, Aug. 29, ERR Joachim von Ribbentrop, German Foreign Minister, welcomed Counts Paul Teleki and Stephen Csaky, Hungarian Premier and Foreign Minister respectivel at the East Station at 10 a.m.
today and soon after they opened conversations at the Hotel Imperial. The talks were still continuing at 1 p.m.
M. Michael Manilescu, Rumanian Foreign Minister, was ex pected to see Count Galeazzo Ciano, Italian Foreign Minister, and Herr von Ribbentrop after his arrival this afternoon and present in detail the Rumanian views on Hungary's demands for the cession of Transylvania.
