Part of Proceeds to be Devoted to Charity, "The Thrice-Promised Bride" a Chinese play in English in four acts, will be staged by the Tungshan Literary and Dramatic Club, a group of Chinese amateur players under the directorship of Prof. Liu Tung-shah, former Principal of the Middle School of University of Nanking in the Capitol Theatre on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
