Delimitation of the frontier between French Indo-China and Thailand in the Mekong region will b: submitted to a mixed commission ut Bangkok immediately the Franco-Thai non-aggression is enforced, says a semi-official French report from Saigon.

The Belgian Government has been officially dissolved at Vichy, according to German sources, de Vieeschauwer, Minister for Colonies, and M. Gutt, Minister of Finance, are, however, now in London, thus ensuring existence of the Belgian Government with full powers, belgian circles here state that those Ministers who are unable to join M. de Vleeschauwer and M, Gutt have duties and functions, and tha arrangement will enable the Government to continue its activities—Reuter. r.
